At Ruffwear, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return new, unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the gear clears inspection.
